Marvel vs. Capcom 2 Not Out Today, Coming Late July

Contrary to what Marvel said last calendar month, Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is not coming to Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network today, but will come former next month.

With Garou: Mark of the Wolves KO'd on XBLA as of last week and Marvel vs. Capcom 2 acquiring its lengthened-awaited re-release today, these two weeks should make been the ultimate cardinal-two punch for dear 2D fighters getting their downloadable debuts on modern consoles. Oregon so we thought. Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is not out today – it's coming late in July.

"MvC2 is not actually coming out on June 29, sorry guys," Capcom wrote on Chitter cobbler's last Friday. "Not sure where that rumor came from, but it's going to be closer to the end of July."

That rumor came from Marvel's financial report last month, in which the society set down the game for a June 29 release date, leading virtually of United States of America to take IT as official ratification and non as rumor. Apparently the comics giant wasn't totally on the selfsame page American Samoa Capcom, or somebody just distinct to change the date of the stake without letting us cognise.

Wonder and Capcom probably desire the sackin of the game to coincide with this year's San Diego Comic-Con, which is taking place July 26-29. That's fine, but possibly if they could have given U.S.A the heads skyward sooner than a couple years in advance? I mean, I canceled a hot date I had tonight (we were going to go see Transformers 2) so I could play the unfit. Hunky-dory, that's non true. This is static disappointing, though.
